Making money online and generating traffic every day can be very
stressful for people because the industry constantly changes day
to day. This means some things that work today may not work
tomorrow.

It becomes even more challenging when we are constantly pitched

different methods to make money online such as drop shipping,
email list building, paid traffic,
social media marketing, affiliate

marketing, the hundreds of

Where does one even begin?

What I am going to share in this book is something that has stood

the test of time repeatedly.

It is very simple in concept.

My strategy is much different than most of the “gurus” you see out
there pitching the same theory day after day.

I am going to assume you want results fast.

I have absolutely NO PATIENCE for waiting months to see results.

In fact, I want to see results today....

Anyone can create an asset online that is designed to earn

revenue. However, most people never try, or they give up right
before they were about to achieve success.

First a Little About My Background

I have worked in the online Performance Marketing industry since

2002.

Since then I have been able to travel all over the world to network
with like minded marketers at the world’s biggest events in this
space like Affiliate Summit East and West, Affiliate World Europe
and other smaller events in different countries.

I tried making money online many times and failed.

When I was young, I had the vision of internet riches, but I didn’t
have all the information I needed to make it work. I really hated
being broke.

I tried countless times to build online websites to rank in Google

search results. I failed.

I then tried creating a digital product that I could sell through

Clickbank that taught people how to play poker. I failed.

I partnered up with another performance marketer who wanted to
start an “affiliate network” and we had no experience. Within 4
weeks of building it we lost about $25,000 to fraudulent affiliate
marketers. I failed.

I created a website in the diet niche that was too broad, and I didn’t
focus on a sub niche. I spent months generating content and got no
traffic. I failed.

I tried dropshipping and failed…

I tried blog networks and failed…
I tried web 2.0 and failed…
I tried popup ads and failed…
I tried at least 100 paid ad campaigns that failed…

I was getting nowhere, and I started questioning if I was a

complete idiot for wasting my time trying all these “methods”.

In 2010 I had a HUGE breakthrough. At the time it seemed so

trivial.

I had no idea it was going to change the direction of my life

forever.

I was sitting in my dining room with my wife who was on her laptop
browsing Facebook.

At the time there were only ads that appeared in the right side of our
Facebook feed.

I saw an advertisement that caught my eye and asked my wife to

click on it.

What I found more fascinating was how it appeared as something

that was targeted directly to her.

The wheels started turning and I decided to reverse engineer this

ad and copy it’s landing page, ads and offer.

Then I bought an advertisement from Facebook and sent it to the
exact same landing page and offer.

I knew the targeting. I just had to target someone who had the
same interests and demographics as my wife!

In that first year of running those ads I made $40,000 USD in pure
profit. This was LIFE CHANGING income for me.

After struggling with years of failure, and running more and

more into debt, I finally had a reason to celebrate.

I had discovered something that I never thought of before.

It is something I am going to share in this book.

Since that campaign I have spent millions of dollars in online

advertising.

I now own a very private CPA affiliate network called Vault Media,
an online educational training platform called Powerhouse Affiliate,

A Brief About Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is a very simple model where you can get paid
every time you refer someone to a product or service, or generate
leads for companies.

But let me be honest…

Most people who attempt to earn money with online affiliate

marketing will fail because they don’t have the right
information.

They think there is a magic “method” that all the successful

people know about and aren’t telling.

I know this because at one time I was in the same boat. I would
constantly ask “what is the secret?”.

trying to make money online.

This is where you are constantly testing new methods, new traffic
sources, new offers, and so on, all while trying to find out that
“secret” that doesn’t exist.

to buy their methods, with promises of mansions and Lamborghinis,
and “passive income promises”.

They pitch these methods like they are some “fast hack to
passive income” or getting rich fast, so it is very appealing to
people.

Making money online is not passive, you need to work at it every
day if you want success.

The rewards can change your life.

Whatever your reasons are for wanting more income, you need to
set your goals and stick to them through all your failures. There
is a light at the end of the tunnel.

For me my first goal was to free myself from the paycheck to

paycheck lifestyle.

This was a very hard place to be in because it basically meant I

didn’t have enough money to cover emergency expenses.

I could never afford to do things like travel the world or pursue other
hobbies I really enjoyed.

People who can sell ice to an eskimo understand the needs and
wants of the eskimo. They have designed an angle that can
convince the eskimo he needs this exact ice in his life.

Maybe it provides an easier way to protect his/her family from

the cold harsh winter, or maybe it is perfectly designed to make
building an igloo faster.

The same way that the advertiser targeted my wife and showed her
a product that solved a specific problem, I started finding common
problems or wants and needs of people in my niche and started
providing REAL human solutions to problems, wants or needs.

I now construct landing pages that have specific angles and I
highlight exactly how the product or services I am trying to sell will
solve the readers specific problems.

This simple but EXTREMELY effective concept is what REAL

marketing success is built on.

Step #1. You need to immerse yourself into a

niche that meets certain criteria.

Now although this may sound like a basic step it is probably the
most common point of failure for most people looking to build a
business in general.

Many people I have encountered over the years had fantastic

business ideas, great products, and massive budgets, but they still
failed.

They failed because they didn’t understand how to speak to

their audience, and they didn’t convince their audience they
had a solution for their specific problems.

Whether you want to do dropshipping with Shopify, or you want to

sell your own products, or you want to use affiliate marketing to
monetize websites, you won’t make a dime if you don’t deeply
understand who you are catering to, and what the true needs of
those people in your niche are.

Every single day billions of people are searching on Google,

YouTube, and social media platforms for an answer to a question, or
a solution for their problems.

Your job is to give them those solutions and answers.

If you give people what they want in the form of good content,
Google will reward you with unstoppable traffic.

We will talk about how to do that effectively in a bit but for now let’s
grasp where the opportunity REALLY is.

There are literally thousands of niches and sub niches we can

target, and thousands of offers that we can promote to those niches.
The fact that there are so many options is what makes this
difficult.

One of my biggest problems when I started was that I would keep
jumping from niche to niche and never really laid a solid foundation
in any one niche.

This resulted in burnout and failure.

It wasn’t until I focussed specifically on a smaller sub-niche that I

started to see drastic long-term success.

In fact, most of my revenue in the last 5 years has been from 2

specific sub-niche websites. These are websites dedicated to
providing FULL VALUE to people looking for answers and help in a
small sub sector of interests.

A sub-niche is basically a smaller niche inside larger niches.

For example, Addiction to Gambling is a sub-niche of Addiction,

which is a sub-niche of Personal Health.

As you can see there are multiple depths to niches.

I have a ton of training material on niche selection, so I don’t want to

I should also mention that there are proven tools to help you choose
a niche that has a lot of opportunity to make money in.

The tool I like to use is SEMRush. You can get it free at

This tool allows me to enter in any keyword and discover hundreds

of suggested topics that I can rank for in search engines. More
importantly it shows me topics, content ideas, and angles that will
make money with my audience.

1. Choose a niche that has many products that can be sold to

this niche.

 You should join some affiliate networks, so you have a wide
selection of offers to choose from.

2. Choose an evergreen niche.

This method involves buying traffic and building a long-term

website that generates long term “organic” traffic.

Your website will need to continue solving problems for people

for a very long time.

The products you sell must also be available!

For example, people will always want to lose weight – so

weight loss is considered an evergreen niche.
There will always be affiliate offers and products you can sell to
monetize that niche.

3. Choose a niche that isn’t already completely tapped out.

The weight loss niche has very high competition therefore

using a tool like SEMRUSH you can find smaller sub-niches
easily that still have plenty of gaps to be filled and still offer a
big opportunity.

Step #2. Build a Paid Search Traffic
Campaign Now.

This is a training concept that I came up with over many years of

building my own campaigns and training others.

It only works if you have a budget. If you don’t have a budget to buy
ads now, then don’t worry you can still set this up for success in the
next steps.

Most people reading this book I assume want to see results

fast.

It is in our nature to want fast results. I mean who really wants to

start a project today only to see results in 6 months?

A lot of the content marketing courses I have taken failed to

mention that paid traffic is the fastest way to do research on my
niche.

So Why Do I Focus on Paid Traffic First?
While Search Engine Optimization and content marketing is
something you will have to prepare for (for longevity and
unstoppable income), I prefer to do all my initial testing and research
with a paid traffic campaign and here is why.

I always recommend to people who have a budget to start

immediately with affiliate arbitrage using paid traffic and I will
show you an example.

But first, here are the benefits to starting first with a paid
search campaign:

 It allows you to see results today.

 You may make profits on day 1 (it’s possible but

unlikely)

 It allows you to immediately see how your audience

will respond to your content and adjust faster.

  It allows you to find profitable Keywords much faster.
Use these keywords later for content marketing.

Most of the biggest online affiliate marketers (who earn more than 7
figures annually) are doing it through paid advertising.

It is an essential skill you will eventually need to master if you want

to really make a living online doing this.

Now before diving into paid traffic campaigns you should know what
you are doing.

When I first started affiliate marketing, I built an authority style

website and put in several months of work to build it, but I was
getting no traffic to it.

I thought that “if I build something then people from Google will
just arrive on my site”.

That was false. I wasted months of work only to realize the niche
was a bust.

Getting long term traffic by building authority and building a brand
with real content takes months and years.

That was why I started doing paid traffic arbitrage before building
any authority sites.

I will only start building my authority website if I am able to

consistently sell the product with paid traffic.

The reason why most people fail is because they put in hours and
hours of work to build a site and then they look at their traffic
numbers and think – OMG no one is coming to my site, or if
they are – no one is converting into customers!!??

They get discouraged and quit.

need to consistently add more content to your site, for several
months to see any difference.

So Why Isn’t Everyone Doing Affiliate Marketing

Of the 85,000 people who have come through my training, most of
them have had no budget to work with.

That is why my core training starts with building an authority site to

generate free traffic fast by focussing on low hanging fruit.

My team and I train on how to find gaps in any niche so that you can
quickly rank your pages on Google and get free traffic within
days.

If you are not sure you want to invest in paid ads yet, then build your
site first, put up some content and earn a few commissions through
free traffic.

Best Way to Run Paid Ads?

I’ve have created most of my online income using paid traffic that goes
to a presell page (landing page) promoting an affiliate offer.

I have tested hundreds of campaigns and millions of dollars with paid

traffic that is sent to landing pages.

I buy traffic from Facebook, Google, Microsoft Ads, and many native
ad platforms.

If I make more money in commissions than what it costs for the traffic
it is successful. This is basically how affiliate arbitrage works.

Arbitrage is a skill that top affiliates have mastered. There are

many things you need to know before you just waste money on
an arbitrage style campaign.

I focus mainly on promoting Cost Per Action (CPA) offers on my

landing pages.

More specifically I promote Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Lead
(CPL) and Cost Per Sale (CPS) affiliate offers. These types of offers
convert much easier, since people don’t need to buy something for
me to earn commissions.

Once I know how to make $1 in profit on my arbitrage campaign – I

can scale it pretty much as big as I want with the power of the internet!

I always choose niches that can provide me with a huge amount of

traffic that I can tap into, and I always choose niches that have an
endless supply of long-term affiliate offers.

I have provided below what I think are the top three profitable
evergreen niches. These are very broad niches and they can still be
broken down into smaller and more focused “sub-niches”.

1. Health- includes skin care, diet, joint pain, bodybuilding, meal

plans, pain relief, acne, healthy recipes, yeast infections, blood
pressure, heart attacks, etc.

2. Money - how to make money online, affiliate marketing, how to

save money, how to invest, gambling, how to save money,
mortgage, refinance, loans etc.

3. Self-Improvement- includes dating, relationship, marriage,
motivation, success, etc.

There is a huge income opportunity in these niches – you just need

to know how to do it.

The key to success with this strategy is finding Keywords that convert
into commissions. The best type of traffic to discovered keywords that
convert is Paid Search.

There are two main sources of paid search

traffic – Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
I highly recommend Microsoft Ads to start since you can get much
cheaper search traffic and they are more lenient in their rules for
advertising especially for affiliates.

Once I find keywords that convert, I will use those keywords to start
building out the “pillars” of an authority website.

The key to success with Search ads is to start by targeting keywords
that have buyer intent or keywords that are most likely to convert into
leads and customers.

I have done complete case studies on both Google Search Ads

and Microsoft Search Ads that show every single step from
doing your keyword and targeting research, to build out your ads
and landing pages.

I will explain how to get access to these in a moment.

I even show the stats and conversions.

So, What’s Next?

My strategy is simple. Once I find profitable keywords using paid
search, I continue running those ads because they are obviously
making money.

But at the same time, I start to build highly valuable pillar content on
a blog or website. This can be the same website where my landing
pages are hosted.

My goal here is to eventually rank for that keyword in the free Google
or Bing search results with my content.

Over time I start creating more “supporting” content for the authority
site and link those supporting articles to my pillar content.

I also connect my authority website to social media using free

WordPress plugins, and that gives me an edge on generating more
free traffic.

I also start to collect data myself by collecting emails or push style
opt-ins from my readers.

By ranking my pages in the Google search results and building a

brand, I am building a long-term unstoppable income business.

HOT TIP!!
Combine this with recurring payment affiliate programs and it
is a true recipe for long term success.

As I continue to grow in a few solid niches, I hire people to write more

content for me.

Over time as Google sees you fulfill the needs of your

audience; they reward you with more and more momentum.

Most people never reach the momentum phase because they

don’t wait long enough.

If you produce real solid content, over time more people share the
information through social media, the brand starts to get noticed by

Google, and people searching on Google for things about the niche
will start to return to your site.

I capture email subscribers using a tool called Optimizepress to build

my email capture pages, then I use Aweber to manage my email list.

I automatically email all my subscribers through an autoresponder

series and once they are done the series, they are moved to a
broadcast list. This broadcast list is managed by one of my staff.

This continues to drive me more traffic and sales, more leads, and
more CPA commissions.

This gives me an advantage over all the other “arbitrage only”

affiliates.

As mentioned, I have been using what are called Cost Per Action
affiliate offers or CPA offers to drive 90% of the affiliate income!

Why does this matter?

CPA affiliate offers pay me MUCH more even when I don’t sell
anything at all.

WHAT?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE YOU ASK?

Most companies who own the actual products are paying me to get
them a customer.

They don’t base my commission on how much the customer paid

them, but more on what the real value of a customer is to them!

By having a customer in their database, they can sell that person

more of their products over and over, and the lifetime value of a
customer is worth much more than the amount the customer paid in
the first encounter they had.

 I also use this same thinking when I build my own “list”. The
“value of my visitors” is much more when I factor in all the
revenue I generate from my automatic email follow ups!

This strategy is essential, and it gives me more of an advantage to

“outbid” my competitors for paid clicks on my arbitrage campaigns.

To put this all into perspective for you let me explain it in

mathematical terms WITH EXTREMELY ACHIEVABLE
NUMBERS and show you the potential here:

One of the offers I promote is a drone.

The cost to consumer is $99 USD ($134 CAD) and I get paid $55 USD
in commission to sell this drone.

Let’s say I buy 100 clicks to my “drone” landing page through my paid
search arbitrage campaign.

100 VISITORS (Estimated Cost $40 = 40 cents per click)

Remember this is super highly targeted traffic. Just like when I

copied the campaign I discovered on my wife’s computer, it all
comes down to knowing your audience and targeting people.

My ad shows whenever people search on Google Ads or Microsoft

Ads for keywords like “where to buy a drone”, “best drone for a
child”, “drone discounts” etc.…

Let’s say that 25 if the 100 people who visit my landing page decide
that to click through to the actual affiliate offer.
(25% CLICK THROUGH RATE)

Let’s also say only one person out of those 25 converts into a
customer.

(4% CONVERSION RATE)

TOTAL INCOME = $55

TOTAL COST = $40

FRONT END PROFIT = $15 (33% ROI)

Now keep in mind I just made 33% profit on the front-end

arbitrage campaign.

While this doesn’t sound too exciting to many affiliate marketers, this
too me is a goldmine that can easily be scaled.

When I finally find a campaign profitable on the front end, I implement

a sneaky little trick to capture emails from my click throughs. (I show
this hack in much more detail in a complete webinar you can get
access to later in this guide. I will show you how I generate thousands
a month in Adsense revenue using the same hack).

On average I am capturing emails from about 15% of the traffic. In

this example that would mean 15 emails a day.

Over time I start to build a large list. In just 30 days I can have my list
up to 450 people assuming I have not scaled yet. (all while making
$15 a day on the arbitrage campaign from just 100 clicks a day)

Now I can send an email to those 450 people and 20% of those
people open the email and visit the blog post I created about the Top
10 Drones for Under $200.

90 VISITORS (Cost to me $0 because I own the traffic)

Let’s say 3 of the 90 people convert because now this is

EXTREMELY targeted traffic.

TOTAL INCOME = $165 USD.

BACK END PROFIT = $165 USD on 1 email

blast.

Let’s look at a 30-day summary.

30 Days x $40 daily in Paid Search = $1200

REVENUE:
1 conversion a day x $55 in Drone Commissions = $1650
1 Email Blast to 450 people = $165
Total Revenue - $1815

TOTAL PROFIT = $615

Plus 450 emails on my list.
Plus, I discovered great keywords for my content
marketing strategy.

If the paid search arbitrage campaign EVER fails or begins to become

saturated, I still have my email list and my authority site generating
money for the long term.

If the offer ever fails, there will always be drones for sale or I can start
dropshipping my own drones!

I can keep building my list and followers over time, and I keep sending
people messages over and over and over!

Every time I send another email with new content, I can get more
traffic to my authority site, and make more money.

Over time google starts to notice me more, and other people

start to notice me, and my site becomes more valuable every
day.

This is how unstoppable revenue starts to snowball…and how

to build sellable online assets.

The beauty of this is that I don’t even need to promote a product in

the blog posts or videos to make money. I have other ways of
monetizing!

So How Do I Rank My Website in

Google?

To get Google to notice me, I want articles to focus on a keyword that

someone would search in Google, so that the posts appear in the
Google search results.

Now that I know which keywords convert its time to put those
keywords into search engine optimized posts.

While I will likely discover many keywords using the paid search
strategy, I also search for more keywords in order to help me fill in the
gaps of information in my niche.

The absolute best tool to use for this keyword research again is
SEMRUSH.

You can use it free for 7 days which is plenty of time to get your first
campaign set up.

You need to target keywords and subject matter that is sure to get
you people who are going to convert.

Once you are in the SEMRUSH keyword tool, enter one of the
keywords that convert in your paid search campaigns.

searches they get, and how much competition!

It is truly an amazing tool and best of all it is 100% FREE! (for 7 days)

I often try as much as possible to use recurring revenue affiliate

programs on my sites since it is a very easy type of recurring
income.

You can find many recurring revenue programs on a network like

Clickbank.

My sites also earn revenue from Adsense ads.

This is another free program from Google that allows me to place ad

widgets on my site and Google pays me every time someone clicks
on those ads.

Google can place extremely relevant ads right inside my website

without me having to choose the best ads that would get the most
clicks.

The reason my AdSense ads get so many clicks every day is because
the site is extremely targeted to the people who would be interested
in buying what I am selling.
