SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

That I, MARY JOY LOUISE O. SEPE, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
Brgy. Ibarra, Maasin City, Southern Leyte, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
APPOINT my mother, ELISA O. SEPE, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and also
a resident of Brgy. Ibarra, Maasin City, Southern Leyte, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all of any
of the following:

1. To represent me, for and in my behalf in the PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS


for JL Building, owned by me, located at Brgy. Combado, Maasin City,
Southern Leyte, with the concerned agencies or offices of the Government of
the Republic of the Philippines;

2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s)
and paper(s) as well as transact with the concerned agencies or offices in the
Philippines, and to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the aforestated
acts and deeds;

3. To pay any and all unpaid or accrued property taxes;

4. To receive the monthly rental and submit and receive documents from any
Government Agencies relative to the transactions of the said Building;

5. To make, execute, sign and deliver any papers or documents necessary to


carry-out the purpose afore-stated.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and purposes
as I may could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution or
revocation and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or
his substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affix my signature this 6 th day of


January 2018, at Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines.
