1. Bookings should be made minimum 48 working hours in advance otherwise surcharges will apply.
2. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or will be subject to 100% payment for products and services hired.
3. Full payment to be made in cash or cheque (payable to Flying Elephant Events) at the time of event set-up.
4. A deposit of Dhs. 500 per item is required for character costume rental, and special effects rental for 24 hrs
5. Minimum amount is required depending on the events, requirements and location (Dubai and for Non-Dubai).
6. Sufficient set-up time is required for large installations (inflatable products require a minimum of 1 hour for set-up). Delivery times may fluctuate
dependent on traffic conditions.
7. Client shall indemnify and hold Flying Elephant harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees,
award, fine or judgment arising by reason of bodily injury to persons, injury to property arising by reason of client’s alleged or actual negligent act,
regardless of whether such act is active or passive, arising out of the use of FE products and services.
