However, due to circumstances after signing, Czarie N. Mata has decided to revoke the authority. This letter serves as notice that Mr. Fajardo no longer has legal authority to sell the land and any transactions made under the previous authority are now invalid and non-binding.

Dear Mr. Fajardo:

Greetings!

This is in relation to the Non-Exclusive Authority to Sell that I have granted to you by
virtue of my previous letter dated June 21, 2020, wherein you were granted authority
to sell a certain parcel of land particularly described as:

Title No.: T-35729


Lot Area: 60002 square meters, more or less
Location: Brgy. San Roque, South Cotabato
Selling Price: PhP 250.00/square meter or
total net price of PhP
15,000,55.00

The said letter included all the terms and conditions under which the said parcel of
land is to be sold, with a given period that started on June 20, 2020 until June 30,
2021.

However, due to some facts and circumstances that existed after the execution of the
said instrument, I have decided to cancel and revoke the said authority.

This letter serves as a formality signifying that the said authority granted is hereby
cancelled and revoked. Meaning, you no longer have any legal authority, express or
implied, to sell the above-described parcel of land using the Authority To Sell as the
latter is henceforth considered ineffective.

Furthermore, any sale or transaction made in relation to the above-described parcel


of land or any interest thereto made pursuant to the Authority To Sell is invalid, void
and shall not be binding as against the me or any third person who relied thereto.
