MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

Comes now, the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully allege
that:
1. The above captioned-case were scheduled for hearing on December 12, 2011 at 9:00
in the morning ;
2. However, much to his regret, the undersigned will not be able to attend the said
hearing as he has to attend to a MCLE at Manila Hotel from December 12, 2011 to
December 16, 2011;
3. As such, he prays that the scheduled hearing be cancelled and reset to any date most
convenient to this Honorable Court;
4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings in these cases but solely for the
reason above stated;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, above premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of the


Honorable Court to cancel the hearing on December 12, 2011 at 9:00 in the morning and be
reset to any date most convenient to this Honorable Court.
Praying for such other relief’s and remedies the Honorable Court deems just and
equitable under the premises
