MOTION TO ATTEND BURIAL


COMES NOW, undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully states:

1. That the above-named accused was presently detained at the BJMP


Cabagan District Jail – Cabagan, Isabela, pending trial of the above-
captioned case before this Honorable Court;

2. That per information received from the mother of the accused, That
undersigned would like to inform the Honorable Court that accused,
ROSMITO P. BAUTISTA CHRISTIAN RIGOR BAJAMONDI, already
passed away last July 14, 2019 at _______________________, such
information was confirmed and verified by the undersigned, as
evidenced by his duly Authenticated Certificate of Death which
already been submitted to the Honorable Court;

3. The accused desires to be with her deceased on the said date and
place.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed to the Honorable Court that the


case filed against the late CHRISTIAN RIGOR BAJAMONDI, be dismissed and
the cash bond posted be released in his favor.

Other relief just and equitable under the premises is also prayed for.
