JOB DESCRIPTION
WELL TEST OPERATIONS

Well experienced in two phase and three phase Horizontal, Vertical and Spherical separators.
Well Testing in various types like Sub Centers, Portable Tank Tests, Agar MPFM 301,MPFM 401
(Multi Phase Flow Meter) with flow computer and mobile separators. Well Tested in self-flow wells
and artificial lift system wells like High pressure gas lifting, ESP (Baker Hughes, REDA), SRP
(Lufkin, Legrand and American) and PCP (Weather Ford). In Artificial lift system wells SRP, ESP
and PCP Pumps panel Board shut down and start up procedures. Having Knowledge in Microsoft
Excel for daily and monthly Well Test Report preparation.

WELL HEAD OPERATIONS:

 Monitoring of wells, well performance through well test,


 well/fire SDP and shutdown system,
 functional checking of SSSV, SSV, control panel,
 preventive maintenance and trouble shooting, manifold valve operations,
 operation of X mass tree valves, controlling the well flow with choke as per production
requirement,
 gas lifting operation,
 assisting during drilling and post drilling operations
 Supervising the satellite platform while conducting hot work.
 Calibration of the chemical injection pumps.
 Operation of Christmas tree, flow line choke changing well actuating, well equalizing,
 checking STHP, FTHP readings
 well head panel operation annulus pressure bleeding

WELL CONTROL PNEUMATIC PANEL BOARD OPERATION

 Check panel board Supply Pressure and Control Pressure.


 Charging and checking ESD Pressure.
 Checking for 60% LEL and H2S Actuation and low hydraulic Control pressure.
 Checking PSHL position of all main lines XSDV. Checking hydraulic oil level in tank.
 Operation and primary and startup hydraulic pumps.
 Open the wells through SSSV & SSV.
 Observe SSSV hydraulic Pr Pneumatic pressure and PSHL position of individual wells.

Offshore Production:
 Well experienced in offshore production in Installations and rigs. Well Testing, Well
completion, Well Actuation, Choke and kill manifold, Start – Up and Shutdown procedures,
Control room operations, Emergency Procedures, Water Injections, Gas Compression, Oil
Shipment, Chemical Injection etc.,

Safety system:  
 Work permit system,
 Process safety systems
 Fire and gas safety systems
 Emergency Shutdown Systems
 Nitrogen purging
 Fire water system and pumps
 Isolations and De-isolations
 Sea survival equipments Lifeboats and associated life saving equipments.
