The employer of my current organization provided an offer which indicates more dominating
and less compromising. Because of any unfavorable feedback, the employer might face bigger
future obstacles. Thus, he went for a speedy decision-making strategy of negotiation. Besides, he
was unaware of a vital fact of the other party which resulted giving such a short span of time
limit, ten days to be definite. It would be unlikely for him to successfully negotiate with the other
party.
The other party that indicates me, is currently in a very hopeful position with another employer
who considers myself as a potential candidate. It refers to a stronger position. Though it is
unlikely to receive an offer from that organization in a month, it is a wise option to secure a
better future. Despite knowing of financial complications of current organization virtually, the
other party is more likely to make a compromising approach which benefit both parties . It is
because of equally powerful positions and complexity of an uncertain situation.
Ans to the Q No 2
I would prefer dominating the terms as immediate decision is needed as well as unpopular
characteristic of this course of action. Besides, the uncertain situation about the pending offer can
strengthen my position in this negotiation as well. Also, a financial crisis has been exposed
virtually which could degrade the other party’s position more or less. As there is no chance for
integrity, including requirement of immediate ten days response; I would avoid both obliging and
compromising in this situation.

I. In that case Samira behavior is passive aggressive to Mr. Masud Amin (CEO).
We all know that Samira is too attentive employee in this office then abir. That
was very appreciate but when she did know abir and she give same amount of
salary, she not tolerate this happens. That’s why CEO wants to give a good
position to abir. But Samira didn’t work with administration.
II. We all know that Mr. Masud Amin and Samira good relation in this office.
Samira hard working and education learning good impact having Mr. masud and
abir. But Mr. masud having a decision to give a director position to abir, rather
than Samira, where abir is a lower position by Samira. That’s why Samira
response by CEO are negotiated. By this negotiation Mr., masud feeling bad and
very embarrassed by office employees, where everyone knows Samira very
respect and friendly to CEO.
III. After by Samira behavior, there are very bad impact on her and working
relationship. Firstly, Their friendship work not good happens, in the office
employee not working with her Because of her passive aggressive. Secondly, for
her bad impact she demote her position or lost job.
It allows us to take responsibility for ourselves and our actions without judging or
blaming other people.
On the other hand, if Samira respond aggressively by everyone, she have to follow The 3 C's
1. Confident : Believe in your ability for handle the situation and are composed.
3. Controlled : You are tracking the other person and modulate yourself if necessary.
