Quadtech – Server (primary PC) database restore procedure:

1. Connect monitor, PS2 keyboard and mouse to server PC.


2. Shutdown OPC (console-PC) by switch and CPU power off.
3. Restart primary PC – server.
4. Open Qti runtime and select – close all, all windows will close.
5. Open database application.
6. Select – back-up tab and select all left side files (reg) and – right side bottom right – backup
now option.
7. Successful message will appear.
8. Select – restore tab and – tick – 1st –res/reg option and in edit – select the corresponding file
and – then restore now.. ok message will appear…do remaining 2..last not necessary.
9. Then close and open c/ics and run the application “registerasms.bat”-it will run and close. If
could not be find..then select activex – run – RegOCX.bat..now the above could be possible.
10. Restart and check.

Online monitoring:

1. Team viewer.
2. VNC & ip setting to 10.10.10.49; 255.255.0.0; 10.10.10.1.
3. Run VNC…in auto…tick auto scaling…open…window will open.
4. OCS ip 10.10.10.61
