1. How does the speech establish that the honoree is worthy of praise?

• The speech has established that the honoree is worthy of praise by highlighting its
success story and its impact to the film industry. How he was able to captivate the heart
of the viewers and how he was able to give justice to each of its characters. The speech
used colorful words to commend the passion and craftsmanship of Al Pacino. The
speech was spontaneously delivered in the most positive way. It states how pacino used
his acting skills and language in order to be an effective and efficient actor making him
worthy of all the praises.

2. What elements of the honoree’s personality come through in the speech?

• The elements of the honoree’s personality that came through in the speech is the
dedication and persistence in his craft. He has harnessed his skills by continually
improving himself. His passion towards his work is overflowing. He wanted to express
himself and make an impact to the world. As what have mentioned in the speech,
“What comes out of his core is so uniquely his own.” Pacino is not just an ordinary actor,
he has that extraordinary ability to inspire, Ignite and make people realize by just
watching him on the screen. Pacino is indeed an epitome of change. Started from the
bottom with nothing and turned to be a successful man that can provide everything to
his self and his family.
