Dear Parents

The Adarsh Fraternity is all geared up to welcome our young learners in the virtual
classrooms. To make the new platform easily accessible we are sharing the steps to
download the MS TEAMS app with the login IDs and password of your child.

Step 1: Install MICROSOFT TEAMS IN YOUR COMPUTER/ LAPTOP/ TABLET


OR MOBILE

Steps to install Microsoft Teams on your Computer


• Sign in to Office 365. ..
• Select the menu button and choose Teams.
• Select Get the Windows app/ Download Desktop app (It appears in the left bottom
corner).
• When prompted with the pop up window, select Save File.
• Now that you've downloaded Teams, sign in with your Office 365 email credentials to
get started!
Or

Open any browser in your computer/ laptop. Go to “teams.microsoft.com” and sign in to your
Microsoft account provided by the school. Once you're signed in to your Microsoft account,
select “Get the Windows App” to download and install the app on your Windows.

Steps to install Microsoft Teams on your Mobile

If you are on iPhone or iPad, search for "Microsoft Teams" in the app store and click on
Install button.
If you are on Android, search for "Microsoft Teams" in the Google Play store and click on
Install button.

Step 2: Now that you've downloaded Microsoft Teams, sign in with your Office 365
email credentials provided by the school to get started !

Step 3: Join TEAMS meeting from your Computer/ Laptop


There are many ways to join a Teams meeting
• From your Calendar: Click Calendar on the left side of the app and you’ll see a list of
all your meetings for the week. Find the meeting you want, and then click Join.
• Join in a Channel: If a meeting takes place in a channel, you’ll see an invitation to join,
relevant content, and who’s in the meeting right in the channel. Just select Join.
Or
Join TEAMS meeting from your Mobile
• Join from Calendar: Select Calendar Meetings button on the bottom of the app to see
your meetings. Find the meeting you want, and then select Join.
• Join in a Channel: If a meeting takes place in a channel, you’ll see an invitation to join,
relevant content, and the organizer right in the channel. Just select Join.

Step 4: Click on Join Now Button

Kindly save your changed passwords for future reference as these IDs and passwords will
not be shared again.
