1. Definition for the system and the subsystems it


contains, and the problems in general that exists in the
system.
2. Gantt chart/pert diagram for the list of activities done
(To-Do-List).
3. Interviewing part: explain exactly what has been done
in this stage, and at the end give me a summarized
interviewing report with all of its components.
4. Questionnaire & Sampling part: if you used it in the
study put the form of questions and the analysis of the
results(report). And everything regarding
Questionnaire, if you don’t use it tell us why?
5. Investigation of Hard Data: if any study is done for
previously manual reports, files and what kind of
problems you conclude from this investigation.
6. Determine the General Requirements
7. Make a feasibility study and select the suitable
solution.
8. Determine the Detailed Requirements after project
selection.

9. Draw the Data Flow Diagram in all needed levels.

10. Draw the ERD for the System with all its components.
- Mapping for the ERD into tables READY for
creation in the database.
- Design the Forms (classify them into input/output
or transaction forms).
11. Determine that Hardware Requirements & Software
Requirements needed to implement the system at the
operational level.
12. Implementation.

Presentation

Then you will be asked to present your work as a team, the team will be evaluated
according to the following criteria:

Mark out of 5

1. Is the project a new initiative?

2. Is the idea, analysis and design of the project visible?

3. The presentation clearly explained the problem?

4. The team showed an evidence that the solution could be


implemented?

5. All the team members participated equally in the project?
