We, A and B of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Marigondon Lapu-Lapu City, after
being duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. We are the absolute owners of the following parcels of land, all situated at

a. LOT 1 under Transfer Certificate of Title No.__________, with an area of THREE
HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE (323) SQ. Meters;
b. LOT 2 under Transfer Certificate of Title No. __________, with an area of ONE
HUNDRED (100) SQ. Meters;
c. LOT 3 under Transfer Certificate of Title No. __________, with an area of ONE
HUNDRED (100) SQ. Meters;

2. We have executed a Deed of Donation involving the abovementioned properties in


favor of our daughters ____________________, ________________________ and
___________________ on ________________, apportioned as follows as detailed in the
Deed of Donation:
a. LOT 1 under Transfer Certificate of Title No. _______________ to
_____________________;
b. LOT 2 of the subdivision plan, under Transfer Certificate of Title No.

we made no other donation to any other person involving each of them;
