DEED OF EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at Q.
Abeto St., Mandurriao, Iloilo City, represented herein by its President,
________________, and hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;

_____________, of legal age, _______, FILIPINO citizen, and with residence


__________, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH: THAT-

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the owner in fee simple of certain real property,
situated at Brgy. Cabugao Sur, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, and more particularly described in
Original/Transfer Certificate of Title No.090-2017009124 as follows:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is likewise the owner in fee simple of certain
other real property and more particularly described in Original/Transfer Certificate of
Title No. ___________, as follows:

WHEREAS, both parties hereto have voluntarily agreed, by and between


themselves, to exchange their respective properties as above described.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the FIRST
PARTY does hereby cede, transfer, and convey unto the SECOND PARTY the portion of
the real property and described under the first WHEREAS clause above, and by
simultaneous act the SECOND PARTY to the FIRST PARTY, the portion of the other real
property and described in the second WHEREAS clause above;

That both parties hereto do hereby warrant valid title to, and peaceful
possession of, their respective properties they have mutually ceded, transferred and
conveyed, and further declare that the same are free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
