 Soliciting some bread for Gardenia to give it to the less fortunate family of our adopted
barangay
 Arrange the service going to gardenia

 Mobile learning in their barangay age 3-6 years old and we offer free tutorial for reading and
math

January 7-March 2020

 Participating, organizing and also planning to help the needy in Taal Volcano’s eruption
 Assisting all the volunteer students and dept coordinator
 Preparing all the documents going to evacuation center of Batangas
 Working with the university cop coordinator of Binan together with the student volunteer
 Packing and distribute all the donation that we received
 Support all the volunteers by giving instruction

March 16-April 2020

 Assisting the needs some of our colleagues


 Giving face mask, clothes, rice and canned goods for the security guard (lockdown ECQ)
 Calling and message colleagues and the adopted barangay to give them support and words of
encouragement

 Making communication letter for the Splash Inc Philippine Valenzuela
 Meeting with the School Director and the department involved
 Schedule the meeting and travel with the Manager of Splash Philippines
 Meeting with the barangay and the recipiences of barangay Tirona
 Updates all the needs for the incoming events

 Budgeting all the needs
 Arrange the transportation/service that they will used
