Moving up Ceremony

TINAJERO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – MAIN

INTRODUCTION: Good Morning, Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to the 3 rd Moving up Ceremony and Recognition
Day of Tinajero National High School – Main with the theme: “K to 12 Learners: Ready to Face Life’s Challenges”.

I. THE PROCESSIONAL

A. Leading the processional this morning, we welcome the meritorious (/ˌmer.ɪˈtɔː.ri.əs/) Junior HS completers and
honour students from the non completers together with their parents.
B. Starting with the completers from Grade 10 – Chastity
(Adviser: Sir Edwin C. Capati)
C. Trailing next are the completers from Grade 10 – Reliability
(Adviser: Ma’am Benalina D. Ocampo)
D. Next in line the completers from the Grade 10 – Courtesy
(Adviser: Ma’am Normita B. Tabios)
E. We now have the completers from Grade 10 – Humility
(Adviser: Ma’am Micah Jahleel E. Regala)
F. Coming close are the completers from Grade 10 – Creativity
(Adviser: Sir Lloyd Ericson C. Ridriguez)

Let us welcome the stakeholders in education, our PTA Officers.

Mrs. Florence B. Garin, Ma’am Belinda G. Regala HT III, Sir Briccio P. Corpuz Principal III together with our CID
Chief, Dr. Celia R. Lacanlale and of course our very own Schools Division Superintendent for Secondary CESO
VI, Dr. Leonardo D. Zapanta.

J. Ladies and gentlemen, our guest speaker for today, Alumnus Batch 1994, Engr. Jenesis R. Sibug.

Entrance of Colors

Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year 2017-2018. It’s been almost 10
months already that we have witnessed how these Grade 10 Students proved their worth to become a member of
this year’s completing batch.

Ladies and Gentlemen, behold the entrance of colors.

II. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM

Let us show our deference (/ˈdef·ə·rəns/) by standing still as pay tribute to our national flag through the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by one of our Mapeh Teachers, Sir Benjamin A. De
Jesus, JR.

Please remain standing for our Patriotism Song, Himno ning Kapampangan.

III. PRAYER

To bless this momentous occasion, let us seek the Divine Intervention. May we call on Ma’am Benalina D.
Ocampo, Math Coordinator to lead us all in a prayer.

IV. OPENING REMARKS

To set the tone for this morning’s event, here is the Class 2017 – 2018 With High Honors, Angelica S.
Acordon to deliver her welcome remarks. A big hand for her please!

V.PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETERS

And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our midst. To do the honors of presenting
this year’s candidates for completion, may we have on the stage the school head of exemplary /ɪɡˈzem·plə·ri/
performance, none other than Sir Briccio P. Copuz, to be followed right away by the acceptance and confirmation
of the completers by none other than, our honoured guest, the CID Chief in DepEd Secondary, Dr. Celia R.
Lacanlale. Let us give them a round of applause!

Let us give our utmost felicitation /fəˌlɪs.ɪˈteɪ.ʃənz/ to the completers of Batch 2018.

Message of CID – At this juncture, let us be emboldened with the message of our well-respected guest, FDr. Celia
R. Lacanlale. A round of applause for her please!

Message of Superintendent – Let us now hear another very inspiring message from our responsible, hardworking
and dedicated Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Leonardo D. Zapanta. Let us give him a resounding round of
applause!

VI. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES

Thank you very much, Sir / Ma’am!

A Certificate of Completion is the tangible evidence of being a completer in a certain level of education. This is
now the fruit of each student’s endeavour /ɪnˈdev·ər/. Dear completers, the fruit of hardworking discipline will be
finally reaped, you will now receiving your certificates. Sign of stepping stone before Senior High. So, to do the
honors of the distribution of certificates of completion to our young completers, may we have on the stage once
more, our Head Teacher II, Ma’am Belinda G. Regala, our School Heas Sir Briccio P. Corpuz, our guest of honor
and speaker, Engr. Jenesis R. Sibug, our Chief in Curriculum and Instructional Development, Dr. Celia R.
Lacanlale and our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Leonardo D. Zapanta.

I now invite the advisers to call on the names for the awarding of certificates and diplomas.
First on our list, we have ir Edwin C. Capati, teh adviser of Grade 10 – Chastity Adviser.

IX. INTRODUCTION OF THE KEYNOTE

Today’s affair is being graced by a special man who will in a minute deliver his words of wisdom to our
young completers and to their parents as well. To get to know more of him, may we call on the stage our very
own Teacher III of Filipino in the person of Mrs. Milagros N. Zita to do the honor of introducing our 2018 Moving
up Ceremony Guest of Honor and Speaker. Let us give her a round of applause!

Thank you very much for those inspiring words Engineer Sibug. Our school is truly blessed for having you
here gracing with us in this significant occasion.

X. AWARDING OF CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION TO THE GUEST SPEAKER

Again, thank you very much Engineer for gracing this occasion with us! May we request our guest speaker
to please stay on stage for the awarding of the certificate of appreciation to be given by our beloved and well
respected principal Sir Brix Corpuz.

VII. AWARDING OF MEDALS AND CERTIFICATES

It is said that the quality of person’s life is in proportion to his or her commitment to excellence , regardless
of the chosen field of endeavour /ɪnˈdev·ər/. We shall now honor the commendable students from the non-
completers with their parents and guardians.

Once again, may we request on stage our Head Teacher III, our School Head, Our Guest Speaker Engr.
Jenesis R. Sibug, Dr. Celia R. Lacanlale our CID Chief and our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Leonardo D.
Zapanta for the awarding of medals and certificates.

We now award the certificates of recognition of the Outgoing SSGOfficers for the S.Y. 2017- 2018

And those are our awardees from the non completers. Now, deserving students from the Junior High
school Completers, it is your time to shine. After four years of hard work and dedication, completers, it is about
time to reward your commitment towards education. Reap the fruits of your labor! To start off, let us call on Krizia

Once again, congratulations to all of our awardees!

VIII. MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE

At this point, let us be all ears to the words of triumph and victory of Karen Mae J. Bengco, With high
honors. Let us give her a big hand!

XI. LET US NOW LISTEN TO OUR SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, FOR HIS STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS
KNOWN AS SOSA. A big hand for him please.

XII. CLOSING SONG

In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that will embody inferred
emotions. Through the song that emphasizes that if you believe, everything you dream, will come true.
With a round of applause, let us welcome our completers sing their closing song entitled “_____________” by
_______________________ to be led by Kate F. Dayrit, With High Honors.

XIII. CLOSING REMARKS

The Closing has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities await for our graduates that
will further test their meetles as improving individuals.  Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome our PTA
President, Mrs. Dhona B. Sicat for her Closing Remarks. Let us give her a big hand!

CLOSING FINAL

Thank you very much, Madam PTa President.

This Moving up Ceremony has truly been noteworthy for everyone here. It is indeed a time of completion,
of finishing, of an ending; however, it is also a time of celebration of achievement and most importantly a
beginning for the new completers.
And with that, the closing hour has finally arrived. As I have said, this is just the beginning; new challenges
and opportunities await our completers. As the theme goes “K to 12 Learners: Ready to Face Life’s Challenges”.
This is already your stepping stone in achieving your goals in life.
Once again, let us give a round of applause to our completers, congratulations to all the JR HS
Completers of Tinajero National High School – Main.

XII. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OUR COMPLETERS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2017-2018

Before we finally conclude this program, we have few announcements. (refer to the program)

My dear Completers, as you continue your journey, may you look back to this stage in your life with fondness
and pride.May God fill your hearts with love because that love will take you further in life.  Completers,
congratulations!
This concludes the 3rd TNHS – Main’s Moving-Up Ceremony. God bless and thank you for coming.
