In connection with the National Nutrition Month Celebration on July with the theme: “Kumain ng wasto at maging
aktibo… Push Natin to!” Osmeña Colleges as premier institution and an advocate of healthy lifestyle, will be holding its
annual celebration for the Nutrition and various activities are in- lined.

In regards with this foregoing activity, we are asking your permission to raise a fund through Raffle Ticket amounting of
₱15 pesos only that would VOLUNTARILY purchase by the student. The fund will go to the materials needed in every
activity, raffle draws and other expenses for culminating activity on July 31, 2019.
