Writing an account

Read this model of an account then answer the questions below.

Last holidays our family went to Ayers Rock and there we stayed in a lovely
hotel.

On the first day we caught a bus out to see a huge rock. I took lots of
photos at sunset. We went to bed early that night because we had to wake
up really early to see Ayers Rock at sunrise. The next day we were on the
bus before 6.00 am. I was so tired but it was worth it. The colours we saw
on the rock were amazing. I lowered my camera and stopped taking photos
to enjoy the sight before me. The sunlight reflecting on the sea water
seemed to be dancing happily. I could hear the relaxing sound of the waves
- shhh, shhh, shhh - as they tickled the rocks. The smell of the salty air
was refreshing. When we arrived home, we chose the best photos we had
taken and put them in a large frame in the hallway.

Our trip to Ayers Rock was a great holiday.
