The following are facilitating factors governed by the school in implementing Programs,
Projects and Activities for the fourth Quarter.

1. Division personnel in charge of SMEA are very supportive and knowledgeable in


providing technical assistance.

2. Stakeholders are very cooperative in implementing their assigned tasks.

3. The PTA Officers are very active in giving their full support in solving school issues
and concerns.

4. Proper timeline and phasing given by division personnel in charge helped a lot in
accomplishing the program.
