10.0 LARGE VIDEO SCREEN

10.1 An LED TV based wall (3 C X 1 R) ceiling mounted is envisaged at BPC Parbatipur control
room
10.2 Each LED TV shall have the following minimum specifications:

Screen Size : 70"


Aspect Ratio : 16:9
Display Type : Industrial/ Professional suitable for 24x7 operations
Contrast Ratio (Native) : 2400: 1 without IPS; 1100: 1 along-with IPS
Viewing angle : 178 degree
Brightness : 450 cd/m2
Resolution : 1920X1080 or higher pixels
System : PAL
Controller : In-built
Operating Voltage : Suitable for single phase AC 180-230 V AC, 50 Hz
Video Input Ports : Digital Ports: HDMI/ DVI-D; PC - VGA in: 1 x D-Sub or
equivalent

Thin Bezel design: Screen-to-screen distance between two neighboring displays shall be not
be more than 6 mm (left - right sides combine, top & bottom sides combine)

Thin bezel Industrial Video Wall Displays with Workstation complete with wall/ ceiling/floor
mounting arrangement as per specifications.

Video wall shall be Hardware/Software clustered displays with Client Workstation. 70" LED
Thin Bezel Monitor (in 3 X1 Matrix) with mounting accessories for display of video images of
vedio images from the PLC , SCADA, APPS & CCTV workstations.

i. Display clustering: System shall be capable of installing grid of multiple displays for
spreading one page of information on multiple displays. The grid composition shall
be user configurable.

ii. Devices shall be capable of displaying the information in Portrait and Landscape
mode. This shall be user configurable.

iii. The display client software shall be able to handle various graphic formats including
MPEG 2/4, MP4, JPEG, video clips, etc.

iv. The displays shall have LED's to indicate operational status and network
connectivity for easy maintenance.

v. All the displays shall have IR Remote, controlling basic display functions such as
Brightness, Contrast, Colour Control, etc.

vi. The display shall not have any controls within the reach of the public/or such
controls shall be suitably covered to avoid possible tampering.

vii. Display controller shall be capable of remote monitoring of the displayed content/
information from the central server & any work station in the network.

viii. It shall be possible to reset, restart and reboot the intelligent controller & display
monitor remotely on the network.

ix. It shall be possible to put the display in standby mode (soft power off) from the
remote (network: server/workstation) or shall have a remote control to switch the
display on or off in a go.

x. Display monitor shall be provided with Aluminium cabinet suitable for industrial use
with arrangement for Wall and Ceiling Mount installation with provision for Swivel
movement.

xi. Display Monitor cabinet shall be designed for uniform heat dissipation/removal and
shall have mechanism to remove heat. Heat removal mechanism shall automatically
start functioning when temperatures reach certain threshold levels.

xii. Suitable SS Pedestal/Ceiling/Wall Mount shall be provided for Display Monitors in


single or clustered configuration.
xiii. The wall shall have facility to accept inputs from additional 4 different input source in
addition to the SCADA System (2 inputs, ) PLC system (2 Inputs), CCTV system (1
input)
