Ceylon Growers Collaboration (Pvt) Ltd is a company with set off values who believe
that Sri Lankan Economy can be develop through the agricultural sector while protecting the
environment to increase the health stranded of the island. By developing Agriculture sector,
poverty of the country can be mitigate by certain amount since 30% of labour force and 48% land
area is covering the agriculture sector. As per the current situation of the country and trend of the
country young generation is moving out from the agriculture sector since the sector become loss
making industry. CGC identified this issue and get involved with this and converting this negative
trend to positive one. CGC guaranteed the profitability of Agribusiness by expertise knowledge
and manage the business with planed and sustained manner.

Working capital can be manage monthly or farm
Working Capital 120,000/= can be managed by the investor.

Initial Investment
To develop the 1 acre land with guava, Investment till crop establishment will be Rs.
280,000/=. In the initial investment 1,000 plants of papaya will be established and later an under
crop can be cultivated under the papaya plantation. All the costs including labour, Fertilizer and
other agriculture inputs are included in the investment where the investor only have to provide the
land. If investor is unable to provide a suitable land company will able to search suitable land for
the project.
Working Capital
Working capital will be Rs. 480,000/= for 1st year with the labour, fertilizer and other
inputs. But investor has to pay for first 3 month since after 3 months uder crop harvest will come.
For the first 3 months operation cost will be Rs. 120,000/= and cost can be manage as monthly as
per the requirement (Monthly cost will be Rs. 40,000/= per month).
