Greetings.
We have received from your good office a Notice of Land Valuation and Acquisition dated November 27, 2020, pertaining to our
agricultural lands which was covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CAP) in pursuance to R.A, 6657, as
amended by R. A. 9700,
In the said Notice of Land Valuation and Acquisition we have informed that a total area of Two Thousand One Hundred
Seventy-Two (2,172) Square Meters of our landholdings covered by TCT No. T-4766, is subject to immediate acquisition and
distribution to qualified reform beneficiaries.
On the basis of the value determined by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), the compensation for our landholdings subject
of immediate acquisition amount to total of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY
PESOS & 54/100, and the same is to be deposited under the name of PABLO SANTOS m/t SOCORRO DOMASIAN.
Hence, we are writing you as we are represented herewith by our brother, BENJAMIN D. SANTOS, by virtue of a
duly authorized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) executed in his favor, to express our intention to agree and receive your offer in
connection with the immediate acquisition of the parcel of land subject of this Notice.
