I, BENJAMIN D. SANTOS, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident of #1516
Purok 6, Brgy. Sinalhan, City of Santa Rosa, Laguna, After having been sworn to in accordance
with law hereby deposes:

1. That I am the Transferor of a certain parcel of land situated in Brgy. Mantugawe,


Municipality of Basud, Camarines Norte, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO (2,172) SQUARE METERS by virtue of a Deed of Absolute
Sale duly notarized by _______________________________; with Doc_____________; Series
of ______________; dated _________________. This further certifies that the subject area is
untenanted and within my retention limit of five (5) hectares as prescribed by laws;

2. That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order


No. 1, Series of 1989, as well as to show proof that our total landholdings inclusive of the land
subject of the above mentioned transaction is not more than my retention limit of more than five
(5) hectares as prescribed by Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program and for whatever legal
purpose it may deem necessary;

3. Affiant sayeth naught.

2021 at the City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Dear Sir,

Greetings.

We have received from your good office a Notice of Land Valuation and Acquisition dated November 27, 2020, pertaining to our
agricultural lands which was covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CAP) in pursuance to R.A, 6657, as
amended by R. A. 9700,

In the said Notice of Land Valuation and Acquisition we have informed that a total area of Two Thousand One Hundred
Seventy-Two (2,172) Square Meters of our landholdings covered by TCT No. T-4766, is subject to immediate acquisition and
distribution to qualified reform beneficiaries.

On the basis of the value determined by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), the compensation for our landholdings subject
of immediate acquisition amount to total of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY
PESOS & 54/100, and the same is to be deposited under the name of PABLO SANTOS m/t SOCORRO DOMASIAN.

Hence, we are writing you as we are represented herewith by our brother, BENJAMIN D. SANTOS, by virtue of a
duly authorized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) executed in his favor, to express our intention to agree and receive your offer in
connection with the immediate acquisition of the parcel of land subject of this Notice.

We hope for your immediate action on the matter concerned, thank you and God speed.
