ADDENDUM TO AN EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
The undersigned parties to an Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale dated
November 7, 2022 executed before notary public Atty. Andy G. Rivero under seal Doc. No. 256; Page No. 53;
Book No. VIII; Series of 2022, by and between; ALICIA BELARO TAM, and SALVADOR BELARO III, heir
of the late Salvador Belaro Sr., both of legal ages, Filipino citizens, with postal and residence addresses at
Catagbacan, Goa, Camarines Sur: (Heir/Sellers) and LYDIA E. MANABILANG, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
married to MASTURA P. MANABILANG, with postal and residence address at San Rafael, Tigaon, Camarines
Sur (Buyer) for the purchase and sale of a real property situated in Catagbacan, Goa, Camarines Sur and
containing an area of EIGHT HUNDRED (800) SQUARE METERS hereby mutually agree to amend said
agreement as follows:
The late Nenita Belaro Competente passed away on May 28, 2016 in Tigaon, Camarines Sur;
The late Maura Belaro is married to the late Blas Belaro who passed away on July 9, 1989 in Naga City;
That Alicia B. Tam is widow; That Salvador Belaro III is married;
That Vinnette B. Competente is single; That Francis B. Competente is single.
