This memorandum provides an incident report from the Pambujan Municipal Police Station in Northern Samar, Philippines regarding a stabbing that occurred. Subject : Incident Report re Stabbing Incident
Date : January 13, 2020
1. At about 9:15 AM of January 13, 2020, personnel of this
office responded to a reported stabbing incident
transpired at the wake of Dolores Abalajen located at
Barangay 7, Pambujan Northern Samar, wherein victim
identified as Vonn Tabac y Jarito, 35 years old, married,
ex- barangay kagawad, and resident of Barangay Geadgawan
Pambujan NS, and presently residing at Barangay 7,
Dalakit Pambujan NS.
2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about
8:30 am of January 12, 2020, both involved having a tiles
game (mahjong) at said place, when heated argument made
between them, allegation of victim that he was sitting at
said place, and with no apparent reason, suspect went
near to the victim then stabbed three times at his
abdomen, right side portion. Upon interview at the place
of incident, according to the witness identified as
Dominador Juan y Dela Torre, a 25 years old, single, and
resident of Barangay Cababtoan Pambujan NS, that both
involved playing a tiles, when heated argument made
between them, then victim says something “Oy pare! Kauyag
ko ngaian ikaw, tah ayaw naman pagnilibo kay maaram gud
ak saim”, suspect replied and say “ Malata mo nga, aladaw
dika nakarawat nga perdi ko ikaw permi ngan dire mo ak
kila!” then victim stand up then went near to the suspect
then allegedly slapped the face of the suspect, after
that, suspect get an unidentified bladed weapon at his
back then stabbed three times the victim at his abdomen.
3. As a result of the incident, victim sustained here
stabbed wounds at his abdomen, right side portion, then
brought to the near hospital at St. Scholastica’s
Hospital, Cababtoan Pambujan for medication, Suspect fled
away after the incident, bringing along the weapon used,
IOC- PMSg Japhet Colondrina, 09461413566.
