1. At about 12:05 pm of December 10, 2022 PO1 Bartolome of static 10 ( esperanza out
post) informed this office that there as a stabbing incident along purok 1 upper wangan
Calinan Davao City. Thus investigation of this station composed of PO2 Lao, PO2
Zamora, SPO3 Bato and SPO4 Chada on board mobile 12 left this office conduct ocular
investigation regarding the reported stabbing incident transpired.
2. Initial investigation revealed that according to the witness Ela Caalaman, single,
female, 21 years old. That around 12:05 pm on December 10, 2022 at his on way home
along the street he was shoked after he saw the incident happened there are three
unidentified person. One of those was harassing the victim. After the incident the three
unidentified person hurriedly fled and subsequent of the victim and cordons the area.

3.That after investigation on case SPO3 Bato conducted crime scene processing
recovered (1) Knife, he procceded to Esaguire davao city to check the status of the
victim who was pronounced dead while being revived by the attending physician Dr.
Pajardo that was also identified areound 12:05 pm of December 10,2022 and there
victim was also identified as Aziel Zamora, single, female born on may 9, 2022

2. Please be informed that formal complains for the violation is respectively field against
Jimmy Barles , 23 years old, single,male resident of Purok 1 upper wangan calinan
davao city and two unidentified person, thought summary preliminary investigation
(inquest proceeding) office at Calinan, Davao City under Prosecutors.

3. He was arrested and the things that he used to the victim was confiscated by the
police officer and they clearly stated that the evidence were submitted to soco for
laboratory examination and give positive test result that things is used to the victim is
match or not.

4. Arrest suspect is still under the custody this station for Proper Disposition.

2.After this office has gathered all necessary pieces of evidence and the testimonies of
the witnesses a case murder, defined and penalized under art. 28 of RPC was filed with
the Davao City Prosecutors office. The suspect Jimmy barles 23 years old. The
stabbing incident happened on about 12:05 pm on December 10,2022 in the purok 1
upper wangan, Calinan Davao City. For further investigation evaluation and final
Disposition.

2. To determine the circumstances surrounding the stabbing incident of the victim
identified as Aziel Zamora, single resident of Prk 1 upper wangan, Calinan Davao City
III. FACTS OF THE CASE
3. At about 12:05pm of December 10,2022, PO3 Bato informed this station that there
was a Stabbing incident at wangan Calinan davao city. This investigation this station
composed two PO2 on board mobile. This office conduct ocular investigation about the
stabbing incident.
4. After the investigation on case SPO3 Bato conduct Crime scene processing and get
all necessary evidence the victim was procced to the Esaguire Medical hospital at
calinan and the status of the victim who was pronounced Dead on arrival being arrive
and attending Dr.Pajardo that was around 12:10pm December 10,2022.
6. That around 12:10 pm same date, after Recording the police blooter the team led by
one station commander left the station together with the heading subject.
7.That after some minutes of walking PO2 lao and Zamora Reached to the house of the
suspect PO2 Lao knocked the door of the house of suspect. While inside the house the
two officer secretly observing the house of the suspect and later on they introduce their
selves and after that conversation of 3 subject offered to them if they want to drink and
the 2 just nodded as the time passes by the subject unintentionally said that he was
killed a woman in their place it’s because of be already drunk and emotional.
8. That time SPO2 Lao and Zamora ready their selves to cuffs the suspect and arrest
after the incident happened, that they are police he submitted him self peacefully to the
arresting officer.
9. After that the incident happened the operation team immediately bring the suspect to
the police station.

On December 10,2022 at 12:05pm an alleged satabbing incident transpired at purok 1

upper wangan Calinan Davao city. This station received a Phone call form reporting
person Ela Caalaman, single,female, and with the same address of the victim. The
operatives of this office responded immediately to the crime scene the victim was
identified Aziel Zamora, single,female, born on May 9,2003, 19 years old and resident of
purok 1 upper wangan calinan davao city. The victim was walking on the street and
there are person who is tabbing in front of her that holding a knife. The suspect name
Jimmy Barles and with an approximately 5’5 height.
