then if I say 3 moves your body at the back and
if I say 4 move your body to the front.

What is Physical Activity?


-it is important to keep oneself heath.
Engaging in physical activities must be part of
one’s lifestyle. Student Listened
There are four main types of physical
according to the United States National Heart,
Lung, and Blood Institute. These four types are
the following:
1.Aerobic physical activities uses the large
muscles of the body, example of this running,
swimming and biking.
2.Muscle- Strengthening physical activities the
muscles work against an applied force or
weight.
3.Bone strengthening activity an activity
produces force on the bones growth and
strength.
4.Stretching activities it refers to any type of
movement.
E. Generalization
Student go there perspective group.
This time class, physical activities can help us
to improve our health and reduced the risk of
developing several diseases like type 2
diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
We always remember that in order to have a
daily exercises it will improve to our quality of
life.

F. Application
So this time, I will group you into four. Select
a reader in each group. And I give only 10
minutes to do that.
 group 1 perform the Aerobic activities
 group2 perform muscles-strengthening
activities,
 Group 3 perform Bone strengthening
activities,
 Group 4 stretching activities..

This will be the criteria on how I will rate your


performance (maximum time 2-3 minutes).

Creativity- 25%
Teamwork- 25%

G. Evaluation

This time class, I want you to answer this question write in your ¼ sheet of paper, write only the
answer.

1. It is the use of the large muscles of the body such as those in the arms and legs to move in a
rhythmic manner for a sustained period of time?

2. What is any activity that produces force on the bones for bone growth and strength?
3. Is any activity in which the muscles work against an applied force or weight?

4. It refers to any type of movement in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed
or stretched?

H. Assignment

Enumerate the four component of Health Related Physical Fitness write in your ½ sheet of paper.
