2. To sign, execute, claim, pay and deliver contract, documents of whatever nature
and kind of which maybe necessary and in connection with and for the purpose
of accomplishing and giving an effect to the authorities given in the preceeding
paragraph hereof; and
3. In general, to do and perform all acts and the things necessary to give effect to
the forgoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purpose as we might or
could do if personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do
and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
