• Lakbaksh : Generous Behaviour and
• Khuran khawn : Scholar of Quran
• 1210 AD : Died while playing Chaugan

▪ Quwat-ul-Islam mosque : Delhi
▪ Dhai din ka jhopra : Ajmer
▪ Qutub Minar (Only 1st floor) : In memory of Sufi Saint
Qutubudin Bhaktiyaar Kaki
❑Ittultmish : 1210-1236 AD
❑ Real founder of Mamluk dynasty
• Capital : Delhi

• 1221 AD : Avoided the attack of Mongol


(Chaangez Kha) in India

• 1229 AD : Adopted the tittle of Sultan from Khalifa

• Altuniya revolted against Razia
• Razia fought with Altuniya but was defeted

➢ Khlizi Dynasty : 1290-1320 AD
❑Jallaludin Firoz Khilzi : 1290-1296 AD
i. At the age of 70 years he became sultan
ii. His conoration was done in Kilhori Palace, Delhi
iii.1296AD : He was killed by Allaudin Khilzi
❑Allaudin Khilzi : 1296-1316 AD
• Real Name : Ali Gurshap
• He was complete illiterate sultan
• Announced that : Kingship knows No kinship
➢ Initially he has 2 ambitions
▪ To conquer the world ( Sikender-e-sani)
▪ To Start a new religion
• He kept a large army and paid them salary in cash
• Started Daag & Huliya Sysytem
• vii. Introduced a new tax called Ghari & Charai
• viii. Started a new department called :
Diwan-e- Mustkharaj
• ( Department of Arrears )

Indian Expedition .Also Known as Hazar Dinari

❑ He defeated 4 major kingdoms of south India
