The Bago City Hospital Employees Automated Payroll System stated that Payroll processing is done by the
payroll clerk who is assigned to do the payroll manually. First step is to input the data with the use of typewriter
and the computation of payroll is done manually by using calculator. After this process, the employees will sign
the general payroll form. This form is to be forwarded for approval to the Budget Department, Accounting
Department, City Treasurer’s Office and City Mayor. And after which it is forwarded to Cash Department for
withdrawal and releasing of employees salary. The focus of this study is the Bago City Hospital which is
located at Rafael Salas drive, Brgy. Balingasag, Bago City which is under the government of Bago City headed
by the City Mayor, Ramon Torres and the OIC-Chief Hospital, Dr. Jesus Rey O. Pacilan. And this
