LinkedIn for active profiles with the term “data scientist” or “data analyst.” He found the average company had 44 data scientists and 92 data

analysts. He then estimated that at an annual seat price of $995 a month, the annual contract value per company would be $1.62 million. Multiply

by 2000–the Global 2000–apply a 20% discount for enterprise purchases, and you get $2.6 billion.

Solutions built the turbines at its manufacturing facility in Taubate, Brazil. The first unit was completed in May 2020. Units two and three followed

in November and December last year, allowing Kalehan Energy to bring the power plant into commercial operation. Located on the Murat River,

Lower Kaleköy is the third project executed by GE in the same region on behalf of the Kalehan Energy Group. Before that, GE Hydro Solutions

completed the Beyhan-1 and Upper Kaleköy hydropower plants. Turkey is a rich country in terms of hydroelectric sources. Although the level of

installed Hydropower capacity is quite important with over 28.8 GW overall, eight GW of run of river plants, and 20.8 reservoir dams, there is still

an additional economical potential of up to 50 GW. The country has seen a six percent annual average growth rate in energy demand over the past

The latest version of SYSGO’s hypervisor-based real-time operating system PikeOS is suitable for use in systems and applications with

the highest demands on functional safety. Automotive systems can now be certified to ISO 26262 ASIL D with the latest version of

PikeOS. Also, railway applications are now able to achieve the highest level - according to EN 50128 SIL4 and the new railway standard

EN 50657 SIL4. A new certification kit for IEC 61508 SIL3 for industrial applications is also available. All certification kits support the

ARMv8 platform with hardware virtualization. Each certification kit contains a standard compliant PikeOS hypervisor, as well as a

comprehensive documentation aid for development and testing. Furthermore, additional security and safety information can be provided

in order to achieve critical system configurations that are conform to the required industry standard. An important part of these

certification kits is a safety manual with guidelines for the use of PikeOS in safety-critical system designs. The kits contain a case study

Identify3D, the goal is to optimize a component relative to an Army modernization product to maximize cooling and improve overall system performance. Using

additive manufacturing (AM) to address this need is a novel approach to the project that covers the entire part lifecycle including determining performance

requirements, topologically optimizing the design, manufacturing the part with attention to process monitoring for quality control, component performance

validation, and data security. The size and complexity of this specific application require a large frame AM system. 3D Systems’ Application Innovation Group

(AIG) designed a bespoke solution built on the company’s DMP Factory 500 solution for its best in class build volume (up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm) and its ability

to produce parts spanning the entire build area without the need for stitching. The AIG has architected a custom configuration of the DMP Factory 500 that includes

multiple modules to meet the unique requirements of this application. This advanced metal production system recently installed and commissioned at Penn State’s

Center for Innovative Material Processing through Direct Digital Deposition (CIMP-3D) in December 2020, will be powered by the company’s 3DXpert® additive

A multidisciplinary team of researchers from GE Research, the technology development arm for the General Electric

Company (GE), have been selected by DARPA to lead a revolutionary project that could dramatically simplify the transport

of potable water to troops in the field and address water scarcity around the world in a powerful new way. The team is calling

the project AIR2WATER, or Additively Manufactured, Integrated Reservoir To Extract Water using Adsorbents and

Thermally-Enhanced Recovery. According to the World Wildlife Fund, more than 1.1 billion people do not have access to

water and approximately 2.7 billion experience instances of water scarcity. GE researchers, together with top scientists and

engineers from the University of California at Berkeley, University of Chicago, and University of South Alabama will

develop and design a highly compact, portable device that literally can produce clean, safe water out of thin air. This

innovative device, light enough to be lifted by just four people, will utilize transformational new material innovations, thermal

processes, and additive manufacturing (3D printed designs) to produce enough daily water for 150 troops.

Saudi Vision 2030. The complex will be a world-class maritime facility providing a broad portfolio of services spanning vessel and rig build, maintenance, repair,

Luxcara and GE Renewable Energy today announced an agreement to deliver 753 MW of onshore wind capacity with
the Önusberget wind farm in northern Sweden. The project will be the largest single onshore wind farm in Europe and
GE's largest onshore wind farm contract outside of the US. Luxcara has already started infrastructure work, and GE
will begin installing turbines as early as July of this year. GE Renewable Energy will supply 137 of its Cypress 5.5 MW
turbines, a powerful turbine with a 158-meter rotor, ideally suited for the project site's wind speeds and climate. The
turbine blades will be equipped with an innovative ice mitigation system, ensuring a stable level of availability and
reduced downtime. The parties also agreed on a 25-year full-turbine maintenance and service contract. The project with
its sub-parks Kallamossen and Djupdal will produce enough power to supply electricity to the equivalent of more than
200,000 Swedish households per year and will save close to 1,000,000 tons of CO₂ over its lifetime.

Rimini Street Now an Approved Supplier on New Zealand Government IT Shades

Salesforce partner, today announced it has become an approved supplier on the New Zealand Government Marketplace through a Collaborative Marketplace Agreement

(CMA). As an approved supplier on Marketplace, Rimini Street has completed the open primary procurement process so agencies can now more easily procure the

Company’s services and do not need to spend the time and effort to negotiate their own contract terms or pricing. While Rimini Street already works with a number of

government agencies in New Zealand, including the University of Auckland, the new agreement has the potential to generate significant additional savings on enterprise

software support for New Zealand’s government agencies at all levels, from local to central and including universities and schools. The agreement can be accessed online

by agencies at www.marketplace.govt.nz. These agencies will now have greater access to Rimini Street’s services including the provision of support and maintenance

for Oracle, SAP and Salesforce enterprise software implementations. Last year, Rimini Street signed a Whole-Of-Government volume sourcing agreement with the

Australian Government and has since added more than 10 agencies through the agreement. All Rimini Street clients, whether private or public organizations, benefit from

the Company’s flexible, premium-level enterprise software support model, including its industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 10-minute response times

for all critical Priority 1 cases. Clients are also assigned a Primary Support Engineer, backed by a team of functional and technical experts, who have an average of 15

years’ experience in the client’s software system. Rimini Street also guarantees support for a client’s current enterprise software system for a minimum of 15 additional

years from the time that they switch to Rimini Street.

Indian River State College and Honeywell Partner on Campus Infrastructure IT Shades
Improvement to Reduce Water Use and Carbon Footprint Engage & Enable

Description
Indian River State College (IRSC) and Honeywell have launched a comprehensive infrastructure improvement project designed to increase

energy efficiency across all five of IRSC’s campuses through a series of building upgrades. The improvements implemented through an

Energy Savings Performance Contract are projected to reduce energy usage, water consumption and operational costs by at least $850,000

annually, or $9.8 million over 10 years, and will enhance the educational environment for students, visitors and staff through new lighting and

heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) controls. When the project is complete, the current College infrastructure will use 6.6

million fewer gallons of water a year, equivalent to 10 Olympic-sized swimming pools. It will also reduce its carbon footprint by 4,185 metric

tons, equivalent to removing 883 cars from Florida roads. In addition to making important progress towards its sustainability and financial

goals, the project aims to increase student and staff comfort through a variety of building improvements. Upgrades include new, long-lasting

indoor LED lighting; LED pedestrian and parking lot lighting; improvements to building HVAC systems, such as scheduled temperature

adjustments during times of day when buildings aren’t in use; water conservation improvements; and installation of more efficient pumps and

motors. The performance-based project was designed to provide rapid energy savings and return on investment.
