CRITICAL PATH

Instructions: Read the case study and complete the network diagram and critical
path following the instructions in the PM4R Guide. The following activities represent
work within Component 1 of the case study. The network diagram is not complete.
Your objective is to complete the information in each element, complete the net-
work diagram found on the next page, calculate the duration of each of the four
paths, and identify the critical path. The network diagram already includes some
elements to help you complete the exercise.
