Firefox is now one of several browsers compatible with ETO!

Browser Compatibility

Just like when using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, there are
certain settings that may occasionally need resetting to help ETO
continue to function at its best. ETO Users who prefer Firefox may find
that clearing their cookies, site data, and cache can help fix certain
issues.

Firefox Settings Reset


Step 1 – Click on the three horizontal line/hamburger menu in the top
right of browser.

Step 2 – Select "Options" next to the gear icon.


Step 3 – Select "Privacy & Security" on the left side.
Step 4 – Select "Clear Data..." under the "Cookies and Site Data"
heading.
Step 5 – Select both "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web
Content" and click "Clear".

Step 6 – Under the "Permissions" heading, make sure "Block pop-up


windows" is unchecked.

Step 7 (optional) – Select the checkbox next to "Delete cookies and


site data when Firefox is closed" under the "Cookies and Site Data"
heading.
