How to clear cache and cookies

1: Close any open windows of your browser, repen your browser then, hit the keys CTRL, SHIFT, and
DELETE.

For chrome, it’ll open to this page:

Ensure you are under basic, the time range is set to all time, and that “Cookies and other site data”, and
“Cache images and files” are checked, and “Browsing history” is unchecked.

Then click clear data.

For Edge it’ll open to this page:

Ensure that time range is set to all time, and that ONLY “Cookies and other site data”, and “Cached
images and files” are checked.

Then click clear now.


How to clear cache and cookies

For IE, it’ll open to this page:

Ensure that ONLY “Temporary Internet Files and Website files”, and “Cookies and website data” are
checked.

Then click delete.

Once you have cleared your browser’s cache:


Close every window open of that browser, then you are good to continue.
