1.3 Inputs and outputs 5.1 Led's diagnostic

The following numeration concerns inputs and outputs about DIN 41612 connector. OK LED (green normally light on)

We recommend to not exceed with the dynamic gain of the velocity loop

JP solder bridges In the amplifier there’s a tachogenerator protection that prevent motor runaway.
If we insert a wrong RDT resistance tachogenerator fault don’t intervent.

Connections examples 3.1 Power supply dimensioning


Axor amplifier system has several wiring connections wich must be made in order
to ensure a correct operation about input reference.
The numerations are referred on mother board and rack. Single phase power supply
Input reference shield should be connected at ground isolated bar (see ground
connections). WARNING: Do not connected power negative (-) of source at to the
ground.

With a “CNC” signal

4.1 Preliminary checks
The standard amplifier is provided as follows: In = Rated current at nominal torque.

Nominal and peak current agree with amplifier’s size. Voltage range is reported at page 5.
