13:30 – 15:00, 3rd week Thursday, every month

1. Review Identification of Potential Hazard & Related necessary Countermeasure A.Furqon
2. Review Identification of Environmental Aspect and Related Countermeasure Taufiq
3. Review of compliance to Indonesia Regulation (Safety & Environment) Genta
4. Report Periodical Safety Patrol Result Genta (assisted by Adit & Sunarso).
5. Report Human Accident Report & Countermeasure Adi
6. Report Environmental Claim Issue Wildy
7. Report Environment Monitoring (waste water, etc.) Arifah
8. Review current EHS procedure (Emergency situation: fire, earthquake, base oil spillage, etc.)
