Informed Consent Form:

The Department of Psychology at University Of Central Punjab invites you to take part in our
research study sponsored by Amana Zahid and Ayesha Kanwal. This research will study the
effect of anger on interpersonal problems of newly married couple. The following consent form
will explain the details of experiment, including the risks and benefits of taking part in the study
and will help you to decide whether you wish to be part of the experiment. If you agree to
participate, please be aware that you are free to withdraw at any point throughout the duration of
the experiment without any penalty. Please feel free to let us know if you need any kind of
clarifications before deciding whether or not to take part in the study.

When you enter into the research study, you will be asked to complete 20 multiple choice
questions (MCQ’S) and a question at last in which you will be required to give your opinion
whether you find this experiment useful or not along with the reason. If you have any mental
illness, health or psychological issues, you are free to tell and the research will end now. If you
participate in the research, it will provide you better and effective ways to control your anger in
certain problems after you get married. All information that has been taken from you will be
coded to protect your name. It is sure that your name or other identifying information will not be
used while reporting the data. Once the research is completed, it is assured that your data and
information will be destroyed. In other case, if you leave the research for any reason before its
completion, even then your obtained information will be discarded and we will put you in the
withdrawal process without any penalty. Also, your decision to participate in the study is
completely voluntary. If you decide not to participate, it will not affect the care, respect or
benefits to which you are entitled. Your participation in this research will require approximately
20-25 minutes. There will be no compensation for participation in this study. When the research
study is completed, you will be provided with the results if you request to see them. If you have
