MEMORANDUM OF AGREEEMNT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT is executed by and between LUZ R. LAGON, Filipino, of legal age, married to JESSIE A. LAGON and a resident of General Santos City, Philippines, known as the FIRST PARTY and JUDY P. LAGON, Filipino, of legal age, married to RENO A. LAGON and likewise a resident of General Santos City, Philippines, known as the SECOND PARTY, WITNESSETH: That the FIRST PARTY borrows the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, as credit unto the SECOND PARTY to be used for and defray the necessary and incidental expenses of the hospitalization of JESSIE A. LAGON, in the following terms and conditions: 1. The credit shall be payable from the retirement benefits or claims due for JESSIE A. LAGON; 2. Its interest amounting to TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P24,000.00), Philippine Currency, shall be paid to the SECOND PARTY per annum, until the principal (credit) is fully paid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this 13th day of November 2007 at General Santos City, Philippines.
