EXTRA-JUDICIAL ADJUDICATION OF PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this EXTRAJUDICIAL ADJUDICATION is made and entered into


by and between: DORICA POLICIA, FERNANDO POLICIA, GREGORIO
POLICIA, JR., CRISTINA POLICIA-BEJANO, BENVENIDO POLICIA,
WILLIE POLICIA & JORDAN POLICIA, SR., all Filipinos, of legal age and
residents of Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, do hereby;

DECLARE and MAKE MANIFEST

That they are the surviving heirs of late GREGORIO POLICIA, SR.
who died intestate on September 15, 1999 at Dumato, Palimbang, Sultan
Kudarat, they, being his surviving children;

That at the time of his death, their deceased father left real property,
which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land designated as lot no. 28, Cad-153,


situated at Mina, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, containing an
area of five (5) hectares, bounded on the NorthEast, Lot 27,
GSS-279; on the SouthEast, lot 32; on the SouthWest &
NorthWest, by Road; which parcel of land is under the
administration of Dorica Policia and is assessed under R.P.
No. 00013 and Property Index No. 071-09-035-01-013 of the
Office of the Municipal assessor, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat in
the name of GREGORIO POLICIA.”

That no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial


Adjudication:

That to the best of their knowledge and information their late father
left no debts;

That they, being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract,
hereby agree to divide and adjudicate the aforementioned real property
among themselves in equal and proportionate shares;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises


and invoking the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, they, as
wife and children of late GREGORIO POLICIA, now being the heirs, hereby
adjudicate unto themselves the above-mentioned parcel of land in equal and
proportionate shares.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents are signed by themselves on


this ________________, at Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat.
