Peer Teaching

Peer teaching is a strategy that can be used in multi-grade classes to help students who have not yet mastered a subject or skill. It involves students teaching other students, rather than replacing whole-class or individual training. If teaching a multi-grade class, the author would use peer teaching by having students act out scenes after reading a passage, or creating a reward system to acknowledge student answers to encourage participation.
