Mission of the : Primarily provide advanced professional and technical instruction for special purposes, advanced studies in industrial trade, agriculture, fishery, forestry, engineering,
University aeronautics and land-based programs, education, arts and sciences, health science, information technology and other relevant fields of study. It shall also undertake
research, extension services and production and provide progressive leadership in its areas of specialization.

Goals of the College : Produce scientifically and technologically oriented human capital endowed with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitude. It shall likewise pursue relevant research,
strengthen linkages with the industry, community and other institutions and spur sustainable technology.

Objectives of the : 1. To train, develop and equip the students with cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills learning productively enabling them to translate educational theories into

2. To promote researches in the field of education, to apply educational principles, techniques and related research product through educational dissemination, off-

The minimum standards for the BEEd degree program are expressed in the following set of learning outcomes:
Program Outcomes:
A. Common to all Programs in all types of schools

1) Articulate and discuss the latest development in specific field of practice (PQF Level 6 descriptor)
2) Effectively communicate in English and Filipino , both orally and in writing
3) Work effectively and collaboratively with a substantial degree of independence in multi disciplinary and multi – cultural teams (PQF Level 6 descriptor)
4) Act in recognition of professional, social and ethical responsibility
5) Preserve and promote “Filipino historical and cultural heritage “(Based on RA7722).

B. Common to the discipline (Teacher Education/Professional Education)

1) Articulate the rootedness of education in philosophical, socio – cultural, historical, psychological and political context;
2) Demonstrate mastery of subject matter / discipline
3) Facilitate learning using wide range of teaching methodologies and delivery modes appropriate to specific learners and their environments
4) Develop innovative curricula, instructional plans , teaching approaches and resources for diverse learners
5) Apply skills in the development and utilization of ICT to promote quality, relevant and sustainable educational practices
6) Demonstrate a variety of thinking skills in planning, monitoring, assessing and reporting learning processes and outcomes;
7) Practice professional and ethical standards sensitive to the local, national and global realities; and
8) Pursue lifelong learning for personal and professional growth through varies experiential and field – based opportunities.

C. Specific for BEED area of specialization (from CMO No. 74, s. 2017 p. 4):

1) Demonstrate in – depth understanding of the diversity of learners in various learning areas


2) Manifest meaningful and comprehensive pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) of the different subject areas
3) Utilize appropriate assessment and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes
4) Manifest skills in communication, higher order thinking and use of tools and technology to accelerate learning and teaching
5) Demonstrate positive attributes of a model teacher, both as an individual and as a professional

Deskripsyon ng : Sumasaklaw ang kursong ito sa malikhaing pagsulat kaugnay sa apat na paraan ng pagpapahayag--- naratibo, deskriptibo, ekspositoryo, at argumento-- na may pokus
Kurso sa mga estilo ng wika. Lilinang ang kursong ito sa mga kasanayan na pasalita at pasulat na pagpapahayag ng estudyante bilang isang indibidwal na bahagi ng etnikong
grupo, mamamayan ng isang bansa, at bahagi ng isang global na komunidad.

Pangkalahatang : 1) Makilala ang retorika bilang prinsipyo sa mabisang pagpapahayag. (PO.B.1)


Layunin 2) Mapapahalagahan ang mga simulating panretorika na pagsasalita at pagsusulat ginamit ang mga paksang pinagpasyahan ng klase. (PO.B.3)
3) Makabubuo ng iba’t ibang gawaing pasulat at pasalita sa iba’t ibang larangan. (PO.B.2, PO.B.3, PO.B.4, PO.B.5, PO.B.8)
4) Mababasa nang kritikal ang iba’t ibang sulatin at akda sa iba’t ibang larangan at masusuri ang estruktura ng wikang ginagamit. (PO.B.5)
