in this presentation we have look on the market analysis of structure gym which
include swot analysis and Company's Current Digital Marketing Environment
what they are doinf, and what Solution/Suggestions that we can look on to.
Intro
Established in 2001, “Structure Health and Fitness” pioneered the boutique,
high street training centers and has started to pop up in major cities of the
country
. It is a chain of health studios where they strive to enhance the quality of their
members’ lives through physical fitness. They don’t follow the traditional gym
practices;have added all the ingredients to make workout at “Structure” an
experience for their customers
They aim to provide you the best personalized experience
Location :
Structure has three branches in Lahore
And one in karachi and they are also looking to expand their audience to other
citiies of Pakistan
(Gulberg, DHA, and Johar Town) and Karachi.
They have offices at every respective branch. To guide their customers about
their gym They are aiming to be lead runners in fitness industry by providing
top notch facilities that satisfies the needs and wants of customers.
