Deed of Partition of Real Property
ERMYR R. SAN LUIS, of legal age, Filipino, single, resident of 010 Sitio Pag-
asa, Brgy. Pagsawitan, Santa Cruz, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY; and
WITNESSETH :
That the parties intend to divide the said real property between them in
accordance with the proportion and terms hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to the following terms of partition –
1. The property is hereby partitioned into two (2) lots which shall hereafter be
known as Lot No. 2-G-5-A with an area of One Hundred (100) square meters,
and Lot No. 2-G-5-B with an area of Two Hundred Fifty Six (256) square meters
as shown in the attached Plan of Subdivision Survey (Psd-E2016004003) as
approved by the Land Registration Authority (LRA), copy of which is hereto
attached as Annex “A”;
2. Lot No. 2-G-5-A with an area of 100 square meters has the following approved
technical description –
Boundaries:
Tie Point: BBM No. 47, Cad 278, Santa Cruz, Laguna
Tie Point: BBM No. 47, Cad 278, Santa Cruz, Laguna
4. Lot No. 2-G-5-B with an area of Two Hundred Fifty Six (256) Square Meters is
hereby declared as exclusively owned by the FIRST PARTY (Ermyr R. San Luis);
5. Lot No. 2-G-5-A with an area of One Hundred (100) Square Meters is hereby
declared exclusively owned by the SECOND PARTY (Felix M. Sardoma, married
to Myrene S. Sardoma).
