JOB SCOPE

Designation : Supervisor [IQC]


Reporting To : Senior Executive [IQC]
Supervise : Leader [IQC]

Job Responsibility
To assist IQC Executive to carry out the IQC functions including the maintenance of
documentation control and improving of the quality management system to satisfy the
requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 13485:2003 and FDA's QSR.

Duties
1. To assist the IQC Executive in monitoring and analyzing the quality objective and its key
performance indicators.
2. To assist the IQC Executive in handling customer complaints especially on the IQC
related complaints.
3. To assist the IQC Executive in handling Incoming rejection and supplier CAR issuance.
4. To train and lead the IQC inspection team, in their daily execution of job in accordance
with the standard operating procedures.
5. To plan, staff and supervise the manpower requirement for the IQC operation.
6. To ensure there is no major non-conformance during the internal or external audits,
especially on IQC related matters.
7. To undertake any other jobs assigned by the QA Manager, when necessary.
8. Obey and follow Company's Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) including hygiene-
related rules and regulations at all time.
9. Carry out any other Duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior or the Company as
and when required.
10. To ensure compliance to Good Environmental Practices (GEP) to avoid or minimize
impact to environment.
