Smart Shopping Trolley Using Rfid

This document summarizes a proposed smart shopping trolley system using RFID. The system aims to improve on existing barcode scanning methods by attaching RFID tags to products. When a customer adds a product to the trolley, its RFID tag is scanned and the product information and price are displayed. The total price is updated as more items are added or removed. At checkout, the final bill amount is wirelessly transmitted to the billing system. This system is intended to save customers time by eliminating long checkout queues and speeding up the shopping process.
