Maam:

Greetings of Peace!

In my experience as a teacher in this far flung school for 1 year and 4 months;
I learned a lot of things, particularly in dealing pupils with various tribes, culture
and behavior. I also learned to love my co-teachers for their kindness and
camaraderie, above all to our School Head.

However, due to the following reasons I am seeking for transfer from


Bagolayag Elementary School, Brgy Wawa, Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro
to Abra de Ilog Central School, Brgy. Poblacion, Abra de Ilog. Occidental
Mindoro, to wit:

1.My Mother has Terminal Disease. Breast Cancer Stage 3-B


2.Because of this Pandemic, my Mother can’t continue her
Chemotherapy so she is staying at our house. Because I am the only
Daughter who can take care of her, I am having a hard time in travelling
from my house to our school; riding a “habal- habal” for almost 1
hour passing along a rocky road or to walk for almost 1 and a half
hour just to arrive to my station.
3. Attached is the Medical Certificate from my Mothers doctor.
4. I am permanently residing at Brgy. Poblacion abra de Ilog Occidental
Mindoro
5. I firmly believed that if I may given a chance to be transferred at
Abra de Ilog Central School, Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro, I could
render service to the fullest to my clients at the same time I can ensure
my safety, considering that I am pregnant.

In this regard, I would like to ask permission from your good office for a
transfer of my work assignment to the above cited school.
I am hoping for a positive response that this matter will be given preferential
attention and favorable action. Thank you very much and more power.
