‘Detailed code’ shows the contents of detected error together with the place of detection.
(Refer to Section 5. Error code list.)
‘Process code’ shows the operation executed when the error occurs.
(Refer to Section 6. Process code list.)
When an error occurs, an error code is displayed on the LCD display located in the Transport CPU board
as shown in Fig.1 below. The same error code is also displayed on the Terminal device. (Refer to
Terminal Device Specifications.)

*2. A BVCPU board is matched with one specific recognition unit. So they must be used as a couple.
If any of a recognition unit, a sensor, or a board is replaced, this adjustment is mandatory.
*3. After completing transportation speed check and magnetic sensor adjustment, be sure to return
all the bits of DSW on the CPU-T board to OFF.

5 Execute the whiteness adjustment application program for this adjustment using the PC.
6 Input the serial number of the recognition unit.
Click “SENSOR MONITOR” in the menu.
7 (Displayed on the left of the screen is the waveform of LED ON, and on the right of the screen is the waveform
of LED OFF.)
Make the level of LED ON stay in the red range by adjusting VR2 (gain) on the DSP board (G-3723).

(“VERY GOOD” in the lower left corner means that the adjustment is satisfactory.)
9 Press the “TRANSFERENCE” button at the lower right corner.
10 When writing is completed, “SUCCESS” will be displayed on the screen. Then press “OK.”
11 Finish the program by the end menu.
12 Switch off the module.
13 Remove the image sensor adjusting tool and the data collection box.
