1. INTRODUCTION
This manual is applied to the adjustment of TS-M1Ux-xxx UR.
Each unit/assembly is to be adjusted as defined in this manual.

2. GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS

(1) Adjustment code

Adjustment works are called with an identification code, which consists of the character “AD” and three-digit
number.
First digit of the number is put depending on the unit or assembly, which the adjustment work is applied to.
Table 2-1 shows all the adjustment code for UR.
Table 2-1 List of lubrication code

(2) After the maintenance work, please confirm that the machine works without any problems by performing some
transaction tests.
(3) Do not unscrew the screws whose top is painted white. Also when operating the other screws, be careful not to
unscrew them by mistakes. Such screws are to be accessed only for the adjustment at HOTS plant.
(4) Do not use the magnetic screwdriver when detaching / attaching the exterior parts of BV, such as BV fan. And
also, do not access to the inside of BV.

3. LIST OF ADJUSTMENT WORKS

This document defines the following adjustment works. Each adjustment work is classified based on where it can
be adjusted as shown in the Table 3.1.
Table 3.2 shows the list of all the adjustment works defined in this document.

Table 3.1 Classification of the adjustment works.

Class. Definition
A The adjustment value can be checked as UR is installed on the ATM terminal.
B The adjustment work can be done as UR is installed on the ATM terminal.
C The adjustment value can be checked in a repair site.
D The adjustment work can be done in a repair site.
E The adjustment work can be done in HOTS plant.
