AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

That I, CARLOS D. MEZO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of


Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law depose and say:

That I am the sole heir of a certain parcels of land described below:

“A parcel of land situated at Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro,


containing an area of SIX HUNDRED (600) square meters, more or less, embraced with
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-101632, known as Lot 2-C-3-D, Psd-361765” ;

“A parcel of land situated at Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro,


containing an area of SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THREE (783) square meters,
more or less, embraced with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-101634, known as Lot 2-
C-3-A, Psd-361765” ;

“A parcel of land situated at Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro,


containing an area of SIX HUNDRED (600) square meters, more or less, embraced with
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-101635, known as Lot 2-C-3-B, Psd-361765” ;

“A parcel of land situated at Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro,


containing an area of SIX HUNDRED (600) square meters, more or less, embraced with
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-101636, known as Lot 2-C-3-C, Psd-361765” ;

“A parcel of land situated at Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro,


containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY (450) square meters, more or less,
embraced with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-101639, known as Lot 2-C-3-F, Psd-
361765” ;

“A parcel of land situated at Barrio Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro,


containing an area of ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY SEVEN (147) square meters,
more or less, embraced with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-101640, known as Lot 2-
C-3-G, Psd-361765”.

That the above mentioned parcel of land is UNTENANTED and not under the
sharecrop or leasehold tenancy agreement system;

That this affidavit is not intended to circumvent the provision of Presidential


Decree No. 27 and LRC Circular No. 232 and to prove that the aforementioned land is
UNTENANTED.
