Are the proposals sound and relevant? Does the speaker make clear 20
explanations of their specific part in the proposal?
Visual Aid/Instructional Technology: Has the presenter used
appropriated visual aid? PowerPoint presentation has not watered

down the content of the presentation. The presenter is not only
reading the content.
Familiarity and mastery of the subject: Does the presenter
demonstrate knowledge of the subject? Did the presenter answer the

questions fully and clearly? Is the presenter persuasive enough to
convince the audience?
Preparedness and Appropriateness: Is the presenter able to focus
and consistently show confidence during presentation? Is he or she 10
obviously well-prepared for his/her task?
