Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services: by Special Messenqer

The Director of Medical and Rural Health Services sent a most urgent letter to other Directors requesting complete details of all medical officers to update the Central Medical List (CML). Prior letters had been sent on this matter but the details were not received fully, preventing the CML from being published. The Directors were instructed to have Deans and Heads of Departments provide full particulars of all medical officers under their control, including service PG candidates, using the prescribed format so the CML could be published as soon as possible. Medical officers' details must be correct or the person providing them will be held responsible for any inaccuracies later found.

I invite your kind attentionto the above references cited wherein all the Deans

were requested to fumish the particulars of all the medical officers working under their

control and the same has not been received completely till date due to which CML could

not be updated and published.

Hence, I request you to give suitable instructionsto the Deans / HODs to furnish

the details of all the medical officers working under their control including Service PG

candidates studying in their institution in the prescribed format to this directorate

immediately for enabling CML publication at the earliest.

They are fuüer requested to ensure that all the particulars furnished by them are

correct and if any particulars furnished by them is found to be not correct at a later date,

they will be held responsible for the lapse.


This may be treated as most urgent and it is requested to bestow personal
attention in this regard.
